To soon be officially added to this list is Misha with all his multi-talents. These include
- iron work
- making horse-drawn carriages and sleighs
- training horses
Misha also owns a huge van that, despite its size, is still allowed to enter the center of Moscow, off limits to real trucks, any time of the day. His wife speaks English and Spanish. He would be a treasure if only his style was not as chaotic as disorganized as it is. He also drivers in a somewhat maniacal fashion.

Looks like this super fellow, first a client and now a good friend of mine, is moving to Russia in the very foreseeable future. An Australian of Singapore descent. An artist by calling and education, an electrician by trade, and a fan of antique cars. This time my mission is to set him up with a job immediately as he lands.

Recently I’ve started searching part-time English speaking driver job in Moscow and come upon your website. I would like to join your list of English speaking drivers in Moscow and start with airport pickups and drop-offs for English speaking foreigners in Moscow. I am 31, have 2 university diplomas, good command of English, speak German a little bit, own Opel Zafira manufactured in 2004, with automatic climate control, which can take aboard up to 6 passengers (however almost without luggage) or up to 4 passengers with lots of luggage. I am available only beyond the office hours as I have a full-time job. My rates would be as follows: more →
Sergei’s self-description reproduced below exactly as submitted. The car looks big and black enough to put it and its sharply-dressed owner in the VIP category. I guess I’m checking Fast too because a slow Mercedes is unthinkable in the local road culture. more →
Just added this one and Vitaly has already shown himself well. Responds fast. Liked by clients, several of which provided me with very positive feedback. Black Hyundai Tucson, 2009, of which he sounds very proud.

A full double bed. Just like home in the middle of nowhere in winter.
Almost no smell from this toilet that can easily take 10 human-days of waste.
An example of a full meal served many miles from the nearest cafe. The driver is an accomplished cook too, with a knack for creating a proper meal under any, even the most basic, conditions.
The White Sea, Kola peninsula, 1500 miles north from Moscow. The hood is open not because of breakdowns. It was pre-generator days, and 220 volts were obtained from two batteries (120+AxHr capacity) and a 1000Wt inverter.
Young, cheerful, and just oozing with positivity. His BMW is clean inside and out, polished, vacuumed, and even perfumed. Fast yest smooth driving style. Based in Staritsa, easy access to Tver and Rzhev. Regularly travels to Moscow.
But no, I will not place you into Safe category. Sorry, Dima. It’s either safe OR fast. Can’t have both. I’m adding you to the VIP section however. No English is no problem because a VIP client expect his driver to keep his mouth shut.
If you do insist on speed, Dima is as safe of a pick as you can make. His English is limited but given my special relationship with Dima (he took over my Horse Riding and the Dacha Experience project thus freeing me from what at some point threatened to turn into an eternal exile) I’m more than willing to act as an interpreter over the phone. more →
