An extra-careful woman driver with a large yet
economical Land Rover jeep. Available any time except summer. In real life she studies
White Sea birds, compiles biographies while supporting herself by
editing work. Alexandra can be employed to
run sophisticated errands, especially related to information searches
and archive work. But she will not mind making a few dollars by
navigating through Moscow traffic. Enough English to communicate on
practical matters.
Warning to allergy sufferers: the vehicle often carries
Tasha, a furry Chow-Chow, and some parts of her remain stuck to
upholstery.

Smooth FAST driving style. Very helpful and caring

large old Mercedes for passengers with lots of luggage and a quick quiet
Toyota for long trips. Speaks Russian, Latvian, and German. No problem
working late into night.

2010 - A cargo van added to Sergei's collection. He also, as a mechanic,
has access to my wheels. Sergei is a Latvian citizen and thus can
easily travel to any European country.
NB. The greatest potential value of Sergei is
assistance he can give in finding and maintaining a car. He is a graduate of the
Moscow Automotive Institute, a designer of race cars, and a fanatic of
anything that has wheels. I am thinking of building an Outsource your
auto headache to us concept around Sergei. As a foreigner in Russia
himself he will be able to advise anyone on getting a car or local
driving license for non-Russians.

fingers in half a dozen pies including this little project, putting his
driver's hat on as an exercise in humility.
The cars are Toyota Master Ace, that comfortably carries 5
passengers, and Land Rover (with air conditioning) that he can borrow
from Alexandra.
I confess I'm not much of a driver. Not a driver for Moscow roads.
The valid reason to pick me is if you need to discuss your Russian plans
and concerns, or need an interpreter. I may also be a good choice for
long out of town trips, especially
between Moscow & St. Petersburg
Fluent English but be warned about this character's irritating accent
and outbursts of bad attitude.
Pasha is an early riser and does not mind 4am airport pickups.
Another disclaimer is that Pasha has a fundamental incapability of
keeping his car clean, inside or out.

Michail was very pleasant and easy to communicate with; very good
English and excellent driving skills. He has a good decent car well
equipped with GPS. Michail was punctual and reliable for pick up and
meetings. Very good geographical knowledge about Moscow city centre

cultivated person with excellent traits, always on time, he
rather waits 30 minutes for the customer then being late!
His car is very a very nice and spacey 7 Seat Toyota Minivan
with all amenities such as A/C front and back . His cost is
very reasonable. English Language skills as well as general
educational background are excellent especially since Andrey
traveled for his real work in Europe to many cities. You
will hardly find a better driver where the over all package

recommended.
We've had Andrey drive us on a few occasions now. In
town and to/from train station.
He has always been prompt to respond; on time; and has very
good prices.
His English is good, and he seems to want to better it and
tries hard.
Most importantly, since I travel often without my husband, I
found him trustworthy
and felt safe at all times with him.
In addition, he is a personable and interesting young man.
We will definitely continue to use his services whenever we
need a driver, if he is available.

BUT FAILED AT LEAST TWICE TO MAKE THE APPROPRIATE SITE UPKEEP CONTRIBUTION

region. My main job is IT. My English is not fluent, but we'll
understand each other. I asked Pasha to be put on his famous list
not only to make a few roubles to upkeep my vehicle but also to have a
chance to practice my English. Or, if you are here to study
Russian, I'll be happy to be of assistance too. My vehicle is
Mitsubishi Delica. It comfortably fits 6 passengers and goes over just
about any terrain. At the same time it is small and maneuverable enough
for Moscow traffic. So I can get you from airport to city core and

Positive, cheerful, and helpful, he is particularly recommended for the
anxious first-time traveller to Russia. His rate are pretty much standard:
$60 for Sheremetyevo, $60 for Domodedovo, $100 between the two airports
(valid as of summer 2007).
Here Slava's car is shown just back from a trip to
Sergiev Posad. Normally, his vehicle is clean and inviting.
