
Moscow passengers were facing serious difficulties this week. The transfer of 60 routes in two days (16 and 17 May) to work on the new transport service model was not subject to private carriers. As a result, passengers received a lot of negative emotions, and some of the routes are temporarily returning to Mosgortrans.
Buses were sharply blurted
On 16 and 17 May, residents of many areas of Moscow were shocked when they did not see the usual routes of the Mosgortrans buses. The replacement was uneven. Instead of frequent high-capacity buses, middle-class buses have come to the line, more microbusted than buses. This is how the routes changed. Nos. 13, 19, 138, 215, 270, 282, 618, 739, 771♪

Marshruts remaining to be serviced by Liazami, but now private carriers have not been pleased by passengers either. The buses on almost all lines were frankly less than promised. The interests indicated on the new trafarets (where they were dispersed, which were not everywhere) were not respected. Ten minutes of passengers were spent waiting for routes Nos. 63, 112, 188, 601, 673, 704, 704.
And in the north of Moscow, on routes Nos. 259 and 815, instead of medium buses, the carrier of the 20th Taxom Park had already released buses of the non-state small class, natural minibuses instead of the Mosgortrans Liaz, which had been there the previous day. There are no places for persons with disabilities and passengers with child belts.
Many complaints from passengers were also from places where private carriers, mainly the Autoline Group and the 20th taxi park, cancelled their commercial routes to carry out public transport operations, and Mosgortrans did not increase or almost increase. In the north of Moscow, these routes were Nos. 79, 167m, 179m, 200m, 677m.
