Food needs not only to be cooked, but it's right to pack it and store it during travel. Experience has shown that it is not too difficult to retain products in an appropriate quality if some simple advice is followed.

I. Meat, fish and bird:
At a hot time, fresh meat can be stored for not more than 2-3 days, fresh fish are stored even less.
