PRODUCTS IN COMBAT

Preface:

The existence of a large number of products on the way does not yet mean that the starvation death of its participants is certainly not a threat. Food needs not only to be cooked, but it's right to pack it and store it during travel. Experience has shown that it is not too difficult to retain products in an appropriate quality if some simple advice is followed.

Text of the article:

I. Meat, fish and bird:

At a hot time, fresh meat can be stored for not more than 2-3 days, fresh fish are stored even less.

Storage method: Put meat or fish in a sealed package and put in the water (stream, river, etc.). Meat, fish or bird can also be buried. Hot (70-130 degrees) and cold (35-40 degrees) digging. There's no more torturing products that were buried in the second way. Before we dig meat or fish, we need to be salined, with about 50 grams of salt required per kilo of meat. Fish can also be dryed or worn.

How do you know that the product is ruined:

1. Meat.
The meat cut has dark colour, the fat stains. The nucleus formed when the finger on the meat is pushed is slowly and not entirely. The smell is sour, unpleasant. In questionable cases, in order to determine the soundness of the meat, the leg heated in the boiler may be stabbed by the smell of the leg and the meat is fresh.

2. Fish.
The cherry of spoiled fish is covered by licking, becoming dirty and easily removed from meat. Jabre's getting grey, eyes falling, mud. The flesh is easily removed from the bones, especially from the spine.

II. Vegetables and berries:

The best conditions for keeping vegetables are low temperature. So they can, for example, be buried in wet cold sand. In a cold time, vegetables can be frozen, but it's worth remembering that when they freeze, they lose a lion of their nutrients. Whatever you say about frozen berries. Even after. deepest Frostbites, cranberry, blueberries will be as helpful.
